PROFESSOR RUSTUM ROY

Professor Roy has interwoven throughout his 60 year career both world-class science and active participation in reforming theology and the practice of religion. He is at once a distinguished research scientist and a social activist, a societal reformer and a champion of whole person healing (or CAM). He currently holds professorships at Penn State, Arizona State and the University of Arizona covering those fields. His work has been recognized by his election to five separate National Academies of Engineering/Science: of the U.S., Sweden, India, Japan, and Russia. He has had the Order of the Rising Sun with Gold Rays conferred on him by the Emperor of Japan. One of the key founders of the first major interdisciplinary field in the Western world's academia--Materials Research--he led Penn State's Materials Research Lab, which he directed for 23 years, to its recognition in 2003 by ISI as the world's #1 lab in the field. He played the same role for the field of Science, Technology & Society, specializing in Science Policy, Science Education, and Science and Religion. He gave the prestigious Hibbert Lectures in London and served on the Pope's Nova Spes committee on Science and Religion--a field on which he has written and lectured for 50 years.

Human Cellular Studies
SRT™ and the Effects of EMF on Human Brain Cells
[September 2002]
This pilot study suggests that the addition of the QLinkŪ to active mobile phone-exposure does affect neural function in humans, altering both resting EEG patterns and the evoked neural response to auditory stimuli, and that there is a tendency for some Mobile Phone-related changes to the EEG to be attenuated by the QLinkŪ.

Effects of QLinkŪ Pendant on the Blood and Biological Terrain [April 2001]
In two separate live blood microscropy studies conducted by microbiologist Robert Young, PhD, live and dried blood tests are used to test for disturbances in the blood morphology. Results suggest that the QLinkŪ pendant helps to mediate the effects of stress by enhancing both the blood terrain and the integrity of human blood cells. Thus, significant improvements in blood morphology are seen with the QLinkŪ pendant. The following are 4 panel microscopy images of blood morphology before and 72 hours after wearing the QLinkŪ in a typical subject.

Effects of the QLinkŪ Ally on Stress Tolerance of Human Tissue Cells
An in-vitro study conducted at the University of Vienna shows that human tissue cells are more resistant and respond better to chemical stress when exposed to the QLinkŪ Ally with SRT. Human tissue cells were chemically stressed using a chemical toxin. The study shows a statistically significant decrease in the number of dead tissue cells under chemical stress with QLinkŪ. This suggests that in-vitro exposure to the QLink with SRT helps the cellular membrane remain intact and more resilient against stressors.

Electrodermal Stress Response Studies
Effects of QLinkŪ Pendant on Skin Conductivity Changes and Stress [March 2000]
In a clinical study conducted by Dr Tykeeta Reye at the Acacia Whole Health Clinic in Denver, the energy states of 40 acupuncture points are tested in the presence of an EMF stressor. After two minutes, the QLinkŪ pendant increases by an average of 292% the number of acupuncture points which have optimal energy states and restored balance. Baseline readings are improved by an average of 41%.

Analysis of Skin Conductivity
[April 2001]
Professor Michael Kundi, PhD, Institute of Environmental Health, conducted an independent, comprehensive analysis of Dr Reye's clinical study which supports the significant findings.

Brain Wave EEG Studies
Effects of QLink Pendant on Human EEG Responses [April 2000]
A double-blind study conducted by Dr Norman Shealy, MD, and William Tiller, Professor Emeritus, Stanford University, suggests that the QLinkŪ pendant helps to mitigate the disruptive effects of EMF on the electrical activity (EEG patterns) of the brain. This published study demonstrates beneficial effects of the QLink in stabilizing the EEG responses in the presence of transient EMF stressors.

Behavioural & Performance Studies
Effects of QLink ClearWave on Anxiety Levels within the Classroom [June 2001]
A double-blind study conducted by David Eichler, PhD, Behavioural Consultant, indicates that the QLinkŪ ClearWave helps to reduce anxiety experienced in students (ages 11 to 13) while in the public school setting. The study involved a school district in Northeast Kansas. The implications of reduced anxiety can be improved classroom performance and an improvement in the overall attitude and well-being of the student.

Positive Effects on Learning Disabilities with EMF Stressors Present
A one-month study was conducted by Evelyn Wiseman, Educational Director, New Way
School in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a small school for children with learning disabilities, attention disorder and underachievers. The results show dramatic decreases in behavioral problems in all 4 criteria.

Applied Kinesiology Studies
Effects of QLinkŪ Pendant on Muscle Weakness and other Chronic Symptoms Attributed to EMF Exposures
[May 1998]
In a double-blind clinical study conducted by Dr Eric Pierotti, DC, muscle weakness related to acupuncture system imbalances and imbalances induced by exposure to EMF are negated when wearing the QLinkŪ pendant. Dr Pierotti suggests that the QLinkŪ pendant enhances the natural healing process as indicated by the reduction of chronic and long term symptoms in clinical patients.

Effects of QLink Pendant on Muscle Weakness Patterns in the Body [August 1997]
In a clinical study conducted by Dr Robert Blaich, the QLinkŪ pendant consistently helps to improve acupuncture energy imbalances and to negate the recurrence of muscle weakness. The study also suggests that muscle weakness induced by the presence of EMF is negated when wearing the QLinkŪ in 95% of the cases. Based upon Applied Kinesiology testing, Dr Blaich concluded that the QLinkŪ pendant enhances the healing process based upon the marked improvement seen in long term symptoms.
