| It had been an exciting weekend for our marketers and business associates at JF Lennon. There were lots of tears and laughter – what a breakthrough in Entrepreneur Empowerment Program!
Sharing was made easy and fun; because it came from the heart. Other than learning the skills of promoting JF Lennon, marketers also gained invaluable knowledge of the importance to work as a team. They also discover the critical elements of personal success in life.

| The EEP Course has turned out to be an amazing trip of self exploring, finding out the leadership in myself. I learned the qualities of being a leader is not just to give orders to the team mates, but more important is a leader must be able to share vision, inspire the team mates and work closely with the team mates. To be a great leader, one must be a great team player also! To lead and to be led is a very important quality of a leader which means the leader has the ability to spot talents and place them in the right place for the right task at the right time, and from time to time push the team mates to lead and be on stage. Help the team mates to better themselves and be bigger (of course not weight wise!) than has been.
This EEP course is an internal training course, so for those who are lucky enough to join the JF Lennon team will have the privilege to be invited to part take this class, I am sure you will have learned as much as I have, if not more! and it will not only help you in the career within JF Lennon, it will also enlighten you in many aspects in life!
