Thomas has over 18 years in the Financial Industry and professionally coached and mentored more than one thousand students in asia's financial education.  As an active speaker in the region's financial industry, he had given numerous talks to aspiring young professionals to senior level management professionals.  Having coached and trained thousands in the Asia Pacific region, Thomas is highly sought after for his private coaching and inspirational seminars by companies, financial institutions and universities in the region.

He is also a regular guest speaker in the conference circuit, and he has been invited to News Radio 93.8, CNBC and Channel News Asia's "Money Mind" Program, Smart Investor, SIAS and Money Sense Program.

A prolific writer, Thomas has endeavored to share his life experiences and knowledge through the many books that he has written - "Dream Journey", "Survival Journey", "Opening and Closing of Sales", "PEACE", "What is Your Formula", "BXYZ System" and latest " Financial Planning for Lifetime Success".

Thomas also hold a portfolio as a Financial Services Director with the region's largest financial planning organization.  Today, he plays the role of  an active coach and mentor for many, as a financial coach actively involved in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand & Singapore.  Thomas firmly believes that knowing FOREX in the correct way is an important skill set and knowledge that everyone should possess in the path of wealth creation.  His intention as part of the board of advisory is to propel and share JFL's proven system of teachings to his wide network and students in the financial industry and beyond.
 

"To make a difference"

Sharon is a passionate and motivated entrepreneur whom has dedicated herself to make a difference for JF Lennon in Taiwan.  Together with her team of trainers, her relentless pursuit and passion in delivering the best quality financial science teachings has inspired her to be a representative and flag bearer of JF Lennon (Taiwan).

In Sharon's words
In the seminar of “Date with Destiny”, the words that impacted me and redirected my life was by Anthony Robbins: “How would you like to be remembered when you die?” That’s the first time ever I thought about the purpose of my life. He also said “Is this world a better place because you had been there? Have you ever brought some joy into somebody’s life?!” From that point on, I have been thinking how I could make a difference in people’s life?!

The first time I sat in the ATM classroom in Shanghai and knew it right then it’s the tool I have been looking for and the tool everyone dreams to have - A new mantra of wealth creation. In this market everybody has an equal chance: No discrimination, i.e. education, age, gender, race differences. As a standard business practice, I did a calculation with compound effect, I couldn’t not believe what I saw.

After re-visiting the class several times, to see the ATM class taken place in Taiwan became my goal. To make it happen… so people in Taiwan will also have a chance to learn this tool and enjoy life without financial pressure. We were granted with privilege to represent JF Lennon and be the one bringing the ATM class to Taiwan. And for me, I finally have a tool in my hand that I could make a difference in some people’s life. Just like the story in “The Chicken Soup for the Soul” that a young boy on the beach early in the morning throwing the starfish back to the ocean before the sunrise, so they wouldn’t die of heat when the sun comes out. An older man commented to the boy “there are too many of them and it won’t make a difference! The starfish will all die anyway!” and the boy replied: “it made a difference to the ones I threw back into the water!”

At the beginning, I was one of the few throwing the starfish back to the water, now we have a group of people doing it together!
